- Payment timing
- Payment is due when service is completed unless written invoicing terms were approved in advance.
- Mobile deposit
- Mobile appointments require a minimum $25 deposit. It is credited to the final balance and is refundable as described in the service policies.
- Quotes
- Quotes identify statutory notarial acts, estimated mileage, and separately requested non-notarial services before work begins.
- Business accounts
- Approved professional and recurring clients may receive invoice terms shown on the invoice or service agreement.
- Receipts
- An itemized receipt separates statutory notarial charges, mileage-based travel, and separately requested non-notarial services.
- Returned payment
- A dishonored check covered by Utah Code § 7-15-1 carries the statutory $20 service charge; later collection costs require the statutory notice and waiting period.
